Extremely hard to get ahold of phone, will have to wait 30-45 minutes on hold to make an appointment then they are rude as hell. I have taken my daughter there several times and has not been able to see the same Dr. twice.

This is a review in regards to making an appointment via phone. In the past week I have called, and of course everything is automated. So I wait and i wait and i wait for the next available person to help me. 40 minutes ....i automatically get hung up on. So I call again...30 minutes waiting...hung up on again. Fast forward a week later...same thing happens 3 times...30 minutes each time waiting for someone to help me so my daughter can see a doctor & each time the call is automatically terminated. Does ANYONE work there to make appointments? Seriously...trying to get help for my daughter. Thinking a new pediatrician is in the near future.

Took my sick kid here and was not charged a tax to be seen. Very friendly front desk staff, nurses, and providers. Very nice place to take my child. We have established new patient care here as a result of the value and care received. Thank you. Strongly recommend going here if you do not want to pay the Cockrell Mcintosh tax if your kiddo get sick. You'll save 51 before you walk in the door if your child is sick.

Be careful with this place. Tried setting up a payment schedule and instead of following it, they pulled the full amount off of my card without my permission. Don't put your card on file. You have been warned!!!!

We're not impressed so far. My wife had an issue with one of the Doctor's on our last visit. I won't get into details, but the word overreaching suits the situation well. Also sat on hold for the appointment line yesterday for 40 MINUTES and finally just gave up.. Not very professional thus far. I hope they change our minds next time, if there is a next time.
