I have used Kim's for many years -repeatedly. She is a delightful, charming seamstress. I concur that it is unlikely that the bad experience occurred at Kims; although the reviewer seemed adamant. That bad experience is totally inconsistent with my experiences.

Kim is very professional, does great alterations in a timely manner. I've used her for homecoming, prom, and now my wedding! Highly recommend using kims alterations for any event!
Horrible!!! I brought my wedding dress to her over a month before the wedding. Two weeks before the wedding, she disappears! I called everyday and went to the shop and it was always closed and nobody was answering the phone. The day before my wedding I finally drove to the shop in the middle of the night and slept in my car waiting for her to show up. She finally showed up and I went inside and asked for my dress. She said that she had been sick. She had done NO alterations, nothing! So, the day before my wedding, I had to find another place to alter my wedding dress in one day. Some people on here say that she is a nice person, but would a nice person do something like that??? In response to the owner: I most definitely did NOT get you confused with another alteration shop. I went in for fittings and spoke to you several times. I parked my car next door in the furniture store parking lot to sleep in my car while waiting for you to show up and give me my dress. I think I'd remember what the store looked like and it's the same one in the picture on this site. And I have nothing to say to you in person. You should have apologized to me the morning that I took my dress back. You nearly ruined my wedding day and put undue stress on me on what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. But thank you for acknowledging that you provided terrible service.
I've been to her several times she's real sweet and she always does a good job
Can’t say enough good things about Kim! She does amazing work every time! I’ve taken several formal dresses there and now the most recent was my wedding dress. She was able to do all the alterations just as i wanted. And she is the sweetest person!
