Linda the owner/founder is amazing. This is the best "shelter" I have visited. It is more like a ranch or dog heaven for lost dogs. They have a heartfelt mission statement and it's clear they work hard to rescue animals. Linda is also full of all sorts of animal knowledge to help you after you adopt. They also have pigs for adoption and they have farm fresh eggs for sale. I'm so glad Walter ended up here so that I could adopt him and also know he was in such lucky hands!! Thank you Linda!

I adopted my daschund Holly (named ketchup in 2005) Had her for 10 years until her passing in 2016. Best dog ever. Thank you Linda. 12/23/05 - 10/10/16. Been 2 1/2 yrs and I still think of her each day..
I adopted my lovely puppy at this facility. I was greeted so well and given instructions of how to get him acclimated into my home and about his health condition. He was well cared for while waiting to be adopted. It was live at first sight ️
This place is great. Linda helped us and made sure that we were a good match for our new family member (dog) She went out of her way and really cares about the animals. This is a NO KILL shelter. Not sure why there are 2 one star reviews here - especially the one who is outright lying about animals being killed. Our dog is the sweetest and was trained even before we got her. THANK YOU LINDA
I adopted a wonderful dog from Bluing kennel 3 months ago. Very well maintained and managed. I had a great experience. Linda was extremely helpful. Thank you very much.
My husband and I adopted a Bichon/Poodle mix from Blumig Kennel. Linda is awesome with the dogs, and was very helpful during our adoption process. Our little Vinnie is a terrific dog!
Known this kennel all my life. They are family run and amazing people. They do this because they truly love the animals. If you are going to adopt.... Adopt from them!!!
Had to board my two small dogs for 1 night. Picked them up the next day and they were LITERALLY covered in poop. My one pup also had red eyes from broken blood vessels I assume from barking because he was most likely scared, the other was so caked in poop it took 3 baths to get it out and I had to throw away their harnesses. They act tough from fear, the barking is usually for attention then they settle down, but have never bitten ANYONE and love to be petted and held. So much for being patient, caring, and PROFESSIONALISM. These people have no clue how to treat a dog! NEVER AGAIN!!
