I brought my 2020 Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor to BMW Motorcycles of Miami. Yes, they are now a fully functioning Royal Enfield dealership. The show room and service departments are spotless and welcoming. Although I did not purchase my bike here, they treated me as a valued customer. Jorge, their Service Manager is exceptionally professional and efficient. In case you’re wondering they also follow strict Covid-19 protocols. I will keep them in my short list of preferred dealers for the future.

First time customer walking in title at hand for a trade-in & with excellent credit....sadly, I could not find anyone interested enough in assisting me. The one guy that had emailed me earlier could not bother to show me any of the available bikes. Very sad considering these are not cheap motorcycles. Will try my luck elswhere, very dissapointing.

Always had great service from MOM. Showed up today while out on a ride to book my bike in for a service. They had a space if I was prepared to wait which suited me better than bringing it back in the week. My S1000 RR is my second bike from these guys and I can definitely recommend Humberto in sales and Jorge in Service who both consistently go above and beyond.

Jorge over at the service department was great. I called early in the week to see about availability, and he mentioned I can drop it off and will be ready by the weekend which was what I expected. I arrived around 3pm to drop the bike off, and to my surprise, he mentioned he had a short window where he can get my maintenance going should I want/be willing to wait. 2 hours later, my maintenance was completed. Jorge and the service team very attentive and friendly to my presence, and provided a very welcoming experience.
