It took me a years to write this review. I have been going to BMW motorcycles of Ventura for over a year now. I came to the realization of how expensive they are and how much they overcharge you for service. They are not truthful about their pricing upfront. They will give you a high estimate first and then they say the price will be much lower then the work is done. Which never happens. You end up paying the high estimate. There were instances when the work should only take literally 10 minutes for a tech, and Doug charged me 80. It’s obscene what they are doing there. So watch out for over charging Finally, the guy David at the parts is the most rude sales person you will deal with.

I Drove three and a half hours to purchase two motorcycles, and these guys made sure everything was taken care of every step of the way. Tim and Dave had our paperwork ready to go, prepped both motorcycles by the time we arrived, and the staff was awesome. We got an amazing deal on two motorcycles, and they even helped us secure the bikes for transport since they were not being driven back home. They even gave us custom BMW shirts, keychains, and a nice leather owner’s portfolio to go with the bikes. Overall, the guys here are great, and I will definitely be buying another motorcycle from them again in the future. It was definitely worth the drive!

I bought the best warranty, & apparently still doesn't cover tire pressure sensors. Fyi....a little over 420.00 ( no chairs outside either, while waiting ) covid !!!

The Service guys are Fantastic. Steve fit us in last minute to help us on our 4 week trip and Doug is a fricken diagnostic wizard. Great people.
