Very professional, and hard-working. Excellent service staff. They look out for their riders and are more than fair. They work quickly and efficiently. I will take my bike nowhere else. Sam gave me everything I needed and clued me in on a couple things to keep my eye on without trying to sell me anything. They are fair, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly staff keeps me coming back whenever I need something. Highly recommend BMW Motorcycles of Walnut Creek. Great price too!!!

These guys are awesome. I called Sam in the service department in a panic for new tires. He did everything he could to accommodate me the day before I left on a big ride. It is so nice to get such great customer service.

Not happy with them. Just recently had my 12k service. Got an estimate of max 850. That was the reason why drove 50 miles to have them do it. When I was collecting the bike they changed me 1080. 250 more than their max estimate. They didn't use any additional parts or anything. Yet, charged 30% more for no reason. I happen to be a programmer for VW service center internal applications in Germany. I know for fact that services like this are well defined by manufacturers. Time and material. I think they cheated on me. They never called me to let me know that it will cost more. I was just there and had to pay. I warn you to make sure you know what you are getting in to. I'll write a complain to BMW too. They were nice people but not honest. On top of that. At the end they came with recommendation to adjust the chain.!! How come they didn't do the adjustment ?!! They charged me 250 more and didn't even do the job they supposed to. My bike was BMW C600 sport. I hope they pay for what they charge me more otherwise. Be aware.

If you are looking for an honest mom and pop (really) motorcycle shop, this is it. Richard and Sam man the counter, very knowledgeable and friendly. This is not a boutique shop in any way, shape or form. They sell motorcycles, parts, and fix them. You will not find clothing, helmets, or anything like that. I have been going here for about 10 years. Quality work, fair prices, and no BS. They have gone out of their way to cover warranty work on my bike. I would not take my bike anywhere else to be worked on.
