Amazing experience all around! Many thanks to Kim Till, my primary contact. Outstanding sales lady who helped throughout the whole buying process. Bought a 3 series M sport in mere 2 days after it arrived at the dealership. The car was “coming soon” on the website when it all started. Kim sent a detailed video of the car the next day when it was done inspecting and detailed. Exactly what I was looking for, made my decision to buy, reserved the car. The deal is closed on the second day after I contacted the dealership. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to Rob (the “Tech” guy who let me know about the features I didn’t know about even after being a huge BMW nerd). Financed through BMW, they matched the rate I was approved for (thanks to Scott.) Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.
