Where do I start? Micheal has provided exceptional, world class customer service. He is immensely efficient, knowledgeable, and literally goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. My first service provider was at BMW Mini of Manhattan; it was by far my worst experience. I presume all BMW service providers provided horrible service until my experience with Freeport and meeting Michael. I could not be more pleased and happier with the service that he rendered. Could not be happier with our purchase of a BMW X7. The service provided at BMW of Freeport was exceptional. David Arakelyan was the best car salesman, I have ever interacted with. I never felt pressured on any of my car making decisions, while interacting with him. And he was very helpful in guiding us through the process. He was also very helpful during the delivery process always a call away answering any questions and concerns we had. David and BMW of Freeport also offered us the lowest price of any other BMW dealership in the New York Metro area. If you're considering a BMW this is the place to go and David is the man to see.

Spoke with Beth on my initial call. She was very warm and friendly over the phone. She set up my appointment and also followed up with me after to find out if there was anything that I needed. She connected me with Frank my sales advisor. Frank is the best. Frank is very warm, patient and friendly. I never felt rushed and he explained everything to me. He made my experience of car buying so easy and pleasant. Then I worked with Elizabeth in the Finance Department. She was welcoming and warm, very informative explaining every document to me, answered all my questions and offered me options. My overall experience was excellent. Excellent customer service.
