I have always taken my car to another BMW dealership but decided to give BMW Norwood a try. I was amazed by the difference! From the moment I entered the lot, the service was exemplary. The dealership is fast, efficient and extremely helpful. In addition, their use of technology to inform you of service-related items and progress throughout the day was outstanding. Compared to my experience at the other company over the years, I feel like I traded in my BMW for a Rolls Royce!

Their sales department is willing to work with you on pricing when you are negotiating and the service department has so far been friendly and have been able to address all my concerns to my satisfaction. I actually live closer to Southshore BMW but have bought both my cars and service them here because of their great customer service overall.
