I'm on my third vehicle purchased from BMW of The Woodlands. I keep coming back because of their impeccable service. Jeff Whitaker has been taking care of me for years. He always greets me with a smile and ensures that my car is cared for like his own. He offers suggestions and seems truly dedicated toward making my experience first class. The shop is clean, and my car comes back to me after her servicing spotless, washed, and without any refuse from the mechanics. I usually wait for the car in their waiting area. Plenty of coffee and fast WiFi allow me to conduct business as if it was my own personal office. In fact, I've had managers offer to provide me with a desk and phone! For those few times that the service call was going to take longer, these guys have both driven me back to my home or provided me with a brand new loaner car. Again, their customer service is really hard to beat for me.

Due to the Autonation affiliation, vehicles shown as available at a given dealership is not necessarily accurately reflected. However, Abeer and the team did a great job when it came time to work with us on a build for the vehicle. The delivery was faster than discussed and getting the process wrapped up was fairly smooth.
