First service experience with our 2014 I3--purchased the car last summer from another dealership. The adviser, Ms Mueller, was very pleasant and professional. The work was performed promptly, the bill came in under the estimate, and the car had been sanitized. Happy to recommend Tucson BMW for servicing your BMW!

Dealership was clean, service department was pleasant. At first the service advisor wasn’t sure whether we had run flats or not (we didn’t as it’s a Z4 and they aren’t made with run flats from the factory as far as I know) and when we went to pick up the vehicle there was no receptionist available and the gentleman in parts didn’t attempt to assist at all once he realized that we weren’t getting parts. No attempt was made at all to find anyone to help, or even pull the service order to find our advisor. For a luxury brand that’s definitely falling short of 5-star service.

The service department is fantastic. They are courteous, informative and helpful. I’ve been very pleased with my interaction with Lani, she’s great! The service department leaves a bit to be desired. Wasted 45 minutes of my time leading me to believe I had options on early return of my leased vehicle only to tell me my only option is to buy out my lease (on a vehicle I’m not happy with) or wait out the terms. I’m fine if there’s no option but would like the sales guy to be more forthcoming and not waste my time. I will be following the advice of friends and most likely trading it in at the Scottsdale location when the time comes or leaving the brand altogether.

I finally got the car of my dreams thanks to my wonderful husband and BMW of Tucson! We worked with John a few months ago and just couldn’t agree on a price, so we took some time off, let some time pass, and went back right after New Year’s Day. John and the team at BMW of Tucson did everything in their power to get me into my car, including offering to buy us lunch! It was a long day, but so worth it! I absolutely LOVE my 2019 BMW X3 M40i!!!
