We just left an appointment with Courtney the assistant manager and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and was able to point us in the right direction for a wedding suit. She made us feel so comfortable and listened to what we wanted and she absolutely delivered. My fiancé is renting his wedding suit from here and we are beyond happy!!

Courtney was very helpful and listened to what the groom had in mind. She had many ideas and helped us choose something that looks terrific! The store is very clean and inviting, appointment only due to Covid, and I honestly think it’s better because we were able to take our time and get exactly what we wanted. Save yourself, I will not go back here again. Rented a tux for my son for prom, nothing comes in until the day before your event so if there is a mistake you have to go back the day of event after 1. I had rented a vest before with no issues so went ahead and did the tux here. All of his friends who rented from other places had theirs at least a week in advance. Got fitted for the Tux 2 months before prom one lady did half of the fitting then she had someone else finish it. So day before we go after 5 for pickup and his jacket won't even come close to closing, it ended up being 3 full sizes too small. The woman that helped us that evening was helpful and ordered in 2 different size jackets (44 & 46) for me to pick up the next day and take both home so he would for sure have one to fit him. Can't pick up till after 1 and pictures are at 2:30 I got home with his jacket with 20 mins to help him get ready. When I got there to pick up the jackets I was told that as soon as I got home I had to let them know which one fit because they needed the other one back for a different customer. So one of their employees had to come to my house to pick up the jacket that didn't fit, which I had to end up leaving outside for them as we had to go for pictures immediately. I asked if I could return it on Monday and was told that they would charge me 10 if I did that even after I had to make a special trip back and rush around trying to get everything ready on time. They had no care in the world that this was an inconvenience for me, therefore I will not use them again I will use one of the other 2 places in town that allow you to pick up before the night before your event.

Nice staff. Good selection. A little pricey, but oh well cheaper than buying a tux that i would only wear once.
Very helpful and friendly! The sales girl listened to my daughter in what she wanted in a prom dress! Only had to try on one dress it was perfect color and style!
Tuxes were very nice, service and staff very unsure of what they are doing. Got there to pick up tuxes for our wedding and they didn't have them all. Got the run around every time we called or stopped in. Sorry, won't use them again.
