H Erzurum is the worst landlord of all time. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. He took over the properties from his son and was completely unprepared for the responsibilities that come with owning rentals. When he took over in February, our fridge broke. We called their phone number at the Tanglewood address multiple times over the course of two weeks. However, they barely speak English, and they didn't even have a maintenance crew hired when they took over the properties. So it took over two weeks, and over 200 worth of groceries, for them to come replace the fridge. Then, they refused to reimburse us for the groceries, and we were forced to take it out of a rent check. Now, our garbage disposal is broken the sink is leaking, and he doesn't have any maintenance workers on call for emergency repairs. Instead, our sink is continuing to leak, mold is likely growing, and he certainly won't do anything to address that issue.

A sheister -either evil or stupid, who only lowers the property value and ignores those unfortunate to inhabit one of his units... - .... Rarely fixed anything, and any attempts only made conditions worse..... Upon moving out, we were denied our deposit and presented with a laundry list of bogus charges that in no way were the responsibility of the tenant..all of which conflicted with the actual lease ( a legal binding agreement) , in which we took Erzurum to court, and received triple of what he claimed we owed.
You get what you pay for. Lived in one if their buildings for 5 years, amd have family currently in another. Apartments are old, run down, and barely above being condemned. Shower was broken off and on for years, mold problems in halls. No record keeping of rent payments or leases. Told us upon move in that we wouldnt get our deposit back. Also they would enter our apartment without permission for non emergency reasons (once because they \heard noises\ and another time because my light was on in the daytime). I changed the locks and didnt tell them. Why did I stay in such a dump for 5 yesrs? Its cheap, building was quiet, and the location was good. You get what you pay for. I'd rent again...even though it's a dump.
Erzurum refuses to plow their properties in the winter, causing tenants to be stuck due to snow. Outdated apartments, rent increases after one year for nothing in return. Rude, confrontational, aggressive property owner! please do not waste your time on any property owned by this person.
Owner is very elderly and forgetful. Went to meet him to view an apartment and he forgot I was following him to another property and drove all the way home. Know a few tenants who claim he doesn't want to make proper repairs.
