Not only did I not receive a timely response (after three days of hearing nothing, I sent a third message) but Mary offered zero help in selecting items and after two emails wrote me off as not spending enough money to warrant their attention (I was well aware of the 2500 minimum and had several items lined up to order that would be well above that). I am incredibly disappointed, and will never consider them for work again.
