The place has its problems but what place doesn't. Its a good place for people starting out on their own because of the reasonable rent and any fees that might come up. If you are looking to find a nice starter apartment, keep your options open when you first see boardwalk

I been resident of this apartment complex for 3 years, and is not loyalty to the residents what so ever, The way I see this apartment complex they don't have no Military support at all, I been dealing with a situation with a person who live in the second floor for about two months, And pretty much the answer i got for Jen the property manager is she cant do anything about, so pretty much every body can do what ever they want to do in here and is fine with the staff, You call the courtesy officer and the only that person do is talk with the person who is loud and tell them to turn the noise down and we left the person continuous with their action. So the courtesy officer the only is good about is to live for free on the apartment complex. And I call the the company the owners of the complex hired to manager the complex \Prime\ and is the same no body care about nothing in here. So if you are in the Military I am strongly recommend you do not rent in this place, If you are a responsible parent do not rent in here for you kid to go to college security is bad on here, so pretty much from 1 to 10 i will give this place -0. Thanks hope the owners of this apartment complex read this and take charge and fix this situations in here

If I could give no stars I would. This place needs to be shut down! They say they have new management but the management is still horrible and maintenance staff is horrible too. When you put in a request takes them a month to get to it. And when you go up there and try to get it solved in person they have an attitude. They make it seem like you're getting such a good deal when you move here but TRUST ME YOU'RE NOT! Yes the price is pretty decent but you'll see why once you get there, in the day time it's peaceful, but at night you'll notice its a bad neighborhood where bums hang out and some old dudes try to hit on all the college girls that stay here. Also unlike at other apartment complexes, the workout center is closed at night when the office is closed, probably because its in a bad neighborhood and their afraid of theft. There was also a shooting here recently and they finally decided to do something about it, but that didn't last long. They sent a meaningless flyer saying that cars without a decal would be towed and there will be security. I saw the security one day at the front gate then never saw them again. Oh yeah and the front gate is broken and had been for years so anyone can get in, hence the shooting. I didn't listen to people when they said do not stay here cause I felt I need to find out for myself and I thought what's bad for someone might not be bad for me. But listen to all bad reviews on her and do yourself a favor and DO NOT live here!!!!!

My stuff has been thrown in trash bags twice while I was away on business. I have been away on business once again and apparently a water main upstairs broke for a third time ruining my stuff and molding everything else. I asked to find me a place to move and no response. I would love to get ahold of management to settle this dispute. My car was also towed while I was home once because parking permits changed but I was never informed. I was never reimbursed the 300 dollars. please someone help me out here.

Terrible place to live. Two thumbs down 6 feet under. And please dont respond and try to fix my problems. I don't want to hear it. Just want to let the world know that y'all shouldn't be making money with your service. Good day
