This was the most horrible customer service experience I have ever had. This place is ready to take your money on day one, and you will FIGHT every day to get what you paid for. It took over 4 months to receive an order of 24 silk screen shirts (for which I realized I was OVER charged according to their website). These shirts had ink spots and small dots all over, but I refused to even try going through a return process with Boatique. I could not put myself through this type of ordeal again. I also am STILL WAITING CURRENTLY (over 5.5 months) for a single shirt that was promised to me months ago. At the time I ordered these shirts, I was told “3-4 weeks for the entire order”- and up until now there has been excuse after excuse as to why my order is not ready. I was promised the shirt last week, and since then Boatique has refused to respond/answer my calls or text messages. Bottom line- go somewhere else. This man is a thief and should NOT be in business. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau- as I was never provided what was paid for, and for the complete lack of customer service.

I ordered from Michael at the Sarasota boat show in November of 2019. I made the mistake of paying in full for my order which is required to place your order. I supplied boat pics as requested to date he hasn’t sent his so called fancy design graphics for approval. With all the promises and excuses which are incredible that Michael spewed from his mouth and through his emails to date I still have not received my order. Two of his best comments are “ I will not take your money and not fulfill my obligations “ “I’ll feather your order in with new business “ memorable quotes all should think about before placing an order with him. I take no pride in writing this review but if this is how he saves for his future it’s “shameful”. Since my last email to him CRICKETS. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Owner is a liar!! Ordered from him at the Annapolis Boat Show in October. Credit card was charged right away. Now in January still have no product! Owner comes up with one excuse after another. Did not return phone calls or texts. We have reported him to the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission and are seeking a refund via our credit card company.
I would rate this a zero if I could. Placed two orders at Annapolis boat show in October of 2019. Owner promised that we would have them by Christmas. We paid in full, got one set in May of 2020 , still waiting for other order. I call and he never calls back, if he answers phone always has an excuse. I will never use them again, and would advise anyone to stay clear of this company. Fast to take your money, service is pathetic. Still waiting for call back.
Follow through, deliver a product that a customer paid for, if delayed follow-up with emails and/or phone calls. Ordered product in mid-September as Christmas gifts, end of December, still no shirts. Excuse after excuse WHEN he finally answer emails. Fast talker that can't deliver, while taking money, it was an easy design, 3 months later, after unanswered calls and emails finally with a demand for refund he replies that it was a difficult design. Promised a design within 24 hours, sent a sloppy design a week later, request him to correct design, again, no reply going on 3 weeks. I undrstand you had an employee that had an accident or was it it you that had the accident, it's hard to follow, 1 email it was an employee, another email it was you, trying to sell shirts to cover medical bills, I'm confused. I've reported this transaction to Norwalk, Newport and Annapolis boat show organizers, suggest other do the same. Anyone considering using Boatique, give a small deposit, be prepared to wait, when and IF he delivers then pay balance.
