City of Boaz charged me with assault because I verbally tried to stop my parents from leaving unlawfully with my son. I had on my at&t uniform so they saw money I guess. Judge was righteous at least and through it out of court
like
I was stopped and told my plate lights was out but they were not. I'm from out of town and was headed to the jail house to pick up my sisters boyfriend, and I was profiled by a white cop. Later that night a black one came along but that was well after I had my rights violated. He then told me the plates came back to a truck instead of the new car it was switch to but that in fact was a lie because the DMV search done by a local officer in Huntsville showed its registered to the Benz its currently on, and only states it once was on a blazer. They didn't give me a ticket for not having my id but then again they had no legal right to pull me over. I didn't film or say much because I knew I'd make a complaint but the racist and unprofessionalizm I hope is only with the one cop who stopped me.
Very racist ,small town not many of them and very rude and unprofessional
This department is alot better since the old chief Terry \LTD\ Davis retired. Just like all over the Nation #bluelivesmatter
