I had the best experience with this dealership's service department! They were outstanding! I got there first thing in the morning and they checked our vehicle out and serviced in quickly. I'm from North Dakota and sort of expected to potentially get taken for a ride. However the staff was professional, courteous and quickly addressed my concerns! EXCELLENT SERVICE & STAFF! I hope this dealership rewards excellence because they sure deserve it!

I see many negative reviews regarding this dealer. I know a new vehicle purchase can't be perfect, but I have been extremely pleased with my RAM purchase in April of 2017, along with the service. The deal I received on my RAM was uncomparable to any other dealer in the area. I also take it in for regular service at a fair price. No complaints here.
I bought my dream car from Bobby and Mickey! The customer service exceeded my expectations. Being in Law Enforcement I believe in trust, honesty and respect. Both these men have mine! My Prowler was even flat bed delivered to me from out of state! Thank you!

I bought a RAM Truck in February and took it in for service. Karen in service was great, they did everything I asked for and they cleaned my truck! When I checked out they explained my bill and was able to get me in and out quickly! Very happy with their service!
Service department at this place needs to learn how to communicate with the customer. I have been to Chrysler dealers in Chicago, Pittsburgh and I have never been so disappointed until I went to this Chrysler dealer. Brandon at customer service helped on day 1 and then I called 2 times for scheduling questions so that I can set up ride and facilitate my work and flight schedule. I guess the person on the phone forgot to press the mute button and I was able to hear all the talkings in the background that I keep calling twice etc.... Brandon then decided not to serve me the next day and gave me off to Ryan. I had to explain all over again what was happening with the car to Ryan which I had explained the previous day to Brandon. Ryan was little bit helpful in giving me a loaner car and facilitate my work schedule as well as flight schedule by giving me a loaner car for the weekend. He also left me a voicemail of what was wrong with car and that it is ready to be picked up. On the day when I went to pick up my car, Ryan was not seen at the desk. Cashier gave me my receipt and keys. Service did not tell me what exactly was going on and how can I avoid such problem with my car, or rather what service they did with the car this visit. There was no sense of direction or communication. I had to find a mechanic who helped me find a car. The car was not brought up front and ready for me to take home with me like other Chrysler places, even though I called 30 mins prior to picking up the car. The car was also dirtier than what I left with. Very disappointed with overall customer service at this Chrysler dealer.
