First time I went to this shop and I really thought I was given a great deal!!! Well boy was I wrong!!!!! This shop over charges on everything! I paid 30 over for a cue stick that I should've just ordered on Amazon! The owner Bob is a senior so he has his moments and my first experience with him was pleasant, but lately the last two times I've been there his attitude has shifted to a more "You're bothering me" kind of attitude. Probably not going back there again. Especially after being charged nearly 20 for a damn Cuetec tool that costs like 10 online Smh! I also referred some friends and they didn't seemed too pleased with their experience as well. Perhaps do your research before just going to some local shop! Wish I had done so.
Bob USED to be great but I guess after 60 years, the passion is gone..so are his manners. Store is gross and overpriced.
Very overpriced pro shop. Expect to pay at least 50% more than Amazon would charge. Getting an estimate for a ball drilling, the owner charged 90 while the pro shop at Spare Time next door charged 50 for essentially the same process. The owner seemed "off" and the store was very understaffed. Expected me to know my ball speed and rev rate which I couldn't tell you since the alley I frequent doesn't measure those. I recommend checking out the Spare Time next door for a friendly and pleasurable experience.
Unfortunately, not at all what I thought it would be. Prices very high and Bob wasn't just rude, he was also very demeaning to my wife and I. Maybe he's had a rough life. Either way, I won't be back.
Bowling ball to darts. Bob is very friendly and knowledgeable.
