Awesome....Best Experience Ever! I stopped at Bob Hall's Mazda to look at a truck they had listed on their website. I was met by a Sean their salesman who was friendly and professional. We took the truck out for a test drive and Sean answered all my questions that I asked. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle or any hard sale. I did decide to purchase the vehicle and Sean and his team did a great job getting me into this vehicle. They got me an extended warranty and kept me within my budget. They even gave me a very nice Mazda to drive while they repaired my brake light and blinker that wasn't working. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to stop by and see Sean and his team at Bob Hall's Mazda for their next vehicle. You won't be disappointed!!!

My Favorite Service Team in town! Mike is always so helpful and sincerely nice and the techs are very knowledgeable in all vechice makes and models. I have had oil changes, check engine lights and nails pulled and my tire patched and they are always great to work with!

Bob Hall's Mazda has treated both myself, family, and friends absolutely positively for a good number of years now. The salesman are all knowledgeable and fantastic, the service department is strong and helpful, and more. If you're looking for a new Mazda in the Yakima Valley, this is the place!

BEWARE SERVICE DEPARTMENT GF had car towed there because it overheated. They said it needed a water pump, and.... a tune up, a suspension part, and then called back and added a radiator. After 1200 in parts and 1700 in labor she got the car back. It didn't start as easily, they said that was due to soft engine mounts. A week later she is driving over the pass, the car begins to smoke and then dies. The engine threw a rod, the radiator fluid was empty, and engine oil drained. The service person said there was nothing they did that could have caused it. That is simply a lie. You can assert there is no way to prove what they did caused it, that is true, but to say they did no work that could have resulted in the engine failure is simply not true. Therefore, unless the engine goes to "engine autopsy", my GF is out over 3k and they shrugged. "If you are not completely satisfied".... hardly

I have been to the service dept. twice. The first time I found that the tech. had left grease on the cloth visor and had broke the release knob on my emergency brake. As it was not broke when I took it in. They told me that they would gladly superglue it back together. I asked them to replace it and they said they would order the part and call me. When I drove home ( 40 min. drive) I found out the lights, and gauges were not working properly so I called. They said they would fix them along with the e-brake when the part came in.Two months and they never called. I called them, the part won't be in for 2 more weeks. I took It back in Today, After picking it up and driving back home(the 40 minutes) My key faub was broke, and my car recognition isn't working. I drove back to let them see the damage to the key faub, which as a result won't allow my rec to work. They basically told me it was my fault, they didn't do anything to it. THEY LIE! They won't even address the issue. I am a Delivery Driver, I connect with hundreds of people every week. Word Gets Around!! I will make sure.

Horrible customer service. I currently have an issue with my new caliper wasting pads in a matter of 2 months to the point where they're grinding. I took it in thinking they would be awesome and replace the faulty thing. Instead I am being called a liar that the pads weren't new and I did not have the pads and rotors worked on and instead the caliper is totally fine. I will never go back to Bob halls again I don't like being spoken to like I don't know anything and I really don't like being called a liar and they happened to do both in a matter of 2 days talking to them.

Purchase two cars from Bob Halls so we wanted to come back due to it was a local company. 6 months ago we have been looking at Honda pilots and test drove last years model. Sales guy didn't even know the vehicle well enough to answer my questions and gave us mixed info on availability when the New Honda Pilot vehicle would be on the lot so we could test drive. So we did our research online and called other Honda Dealers. With more info in hand and know we wanted this vehicle .. we wanted to give Bob Halls a second try and decided to come back. Sale person was not helpful and looked like they where even interested in selling us a car. We came in ready to buy and told by the sales person, they had No pilots to test drive, we would have to order a vehicle, and they said we would have to wait for 2 months this for a vehicle. Do you not network with other dealers in Wa St? We drove 1h 15 min and bought our Honda Pilot from another Honda dealer.
