After purchasing our first home, we knew our 100 year old hardwood floors would need to be refinished. We reached out to Bob and was able to talk to him the morning after we submitted and inquiring online to discuss the job that needed to be done. Bob was very friendly and easy to talk to and he answered all of our questions about the work we needed done. We were able to get a quote and schedule the work to be done within a few days very quickly and easily! On the day of the refinishing, the team, which included Bob's son, were friendly, and very efficient in setting up and starting the work. The job was done in a matter of a few hours and we were incredibly impressed with how beautiful the floors came out! We even had one area that had some black residue we were unsure would come off, and that section blended seamlessly with the rest of our floors when they were done! We are so happy with our refinished floors and will definitely be recommending Bob Sidoti Floors to anyone we know that needs to have their floors refinished! Thank you again Bob & team!

Saying Bob's team did an amazing job would be an understatement. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new floors! We just purchased our first home and when we ripped up the bedroom carpets we found original hardwood floors in pretty rough condition (holes, paint stains, worn down). The rest of the house has brand new hardwood floors so we wanted them refinished to match and needed it done as soon as possible before we moved in our furniture. When we reached out to Bob he made everything so fast and easy. I submitted a form on his site on Wednesday at 10:05am, he got back to me at 10:07am and shortly after we had our floors booked for the following Wednesday. Literally all I had to do was send him a couple pictures with dimensions and within minutes he gave us an estimate and helped pick the stain that would look the most like the rest of the house. When the team arrived they were so fast and efficient. We thought it would take all day because they not only had to sand/stain them, but also had to take out the old nailing from the carpet, fix the boards that had holes and add new door thresholds. But instead by 1pm we had completely refinished floors that not only look AMAZING but also match the rest of the house despite being a different type of wood!!!! The quality of work was fantastic and we would highly recommend Bob and his team if you’re looking for a fast, affordable and painless experience when refinishing your floors.

Bob & team were great to work with from initial phone call to project completion. Bob was very friendly and informative on the process, made color recommendations, and was flexible in accommodating a last minute scheduling change around our closing. The team showed up on time and the work was completed in a little over a day. Bob checked in with us after the project to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The floors came out great-exactly what we were looking for. Would work with this company again.

We refinished our floor with Bob Last week and the experience was excellent. Bob is very helpful and accommodating, I'm was very happy to be able to talk directly with the own and an experience person. He directed us to the best type of finish for our home as we are unfamiliar with flooring. Despite the inconvenience we had at home with the heat they completed the job in one date. Four guys came including he son Zack and did an amazing job, very professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend Bob Sidoti Floors and we look forward doing additional floor jobs in the future.
