Great place to rent equipment! I rented an E35 excavator for working in my backyard. Everybody in the shop was friendly and helpful, what I wanted was available the day I wanted it, the machine was in great condition, and I was charged exactly what I expected. The delivery driver was great as well; he gave me a quick run down on how to work the machine when he delivered it and even swept up some mud that fell on the road when he picked it up.

I wish there were negative stars cause that is what I would give this company. This is the only negative review I’ve ever given and I’m the type to still tip even with bad service. My Husband and I never been mistreated so poorly, doesn’t take much to be a charming salesman but if there is a discrepancy no matter who at fault, a good company/person should communicate additional charges over quoted price prior to surprised unexplained charges and not be short tempered and so unprofessional when we question the situation.
We purchased a new S550 with buckets, forks, and strap-on rubber padded tracks earlier this year. Colter, the owner, was extremely helpful in specifying what would work to fill our needs, applying all rebates, and maximizing the options while keeping the price lower than what we could purchase the same machine here in Anchorage - after paying for ferry and overland shipment from Juneau. I see the other reviews and scratch my head as our experience has been top notch.
This place is Awesome! They have Equipment for rent that no one else has in Juneau, GREAT Customer Service down to earth real people that I always enjoy doing business with. 5 Big Stars!
These people are terrible in customer service. They profiled me because I “looked” like someone that had done something to them in the past. I been coming to JUNEAU many many years, never had any issues. Until I came across these people. Completely not professional. Worst experience I have had in a long time. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.. disgusting people.
This place has amazing service, we rent storage space and its been easy to manage. Their prices are reasonable and they offer parking storage. The place seems secure enough, employees are always around during hours of operation.
Zero stars. Terribly rude people, especially the lady in the office. Not a customer friendly place.
