This is the cheapest furniture I have ever had in my entire life. The only reason why I had to purchase from here is because I got approved for credit and I really didn’t have time to shop around. I wanted to go to another furniture store, but we were moving and literally had to get rid of all of our furniture and be moved into our new place within three days and they were able to accommodate me. There were furniture shortages because of Covid and they were able to Not only find things that were in stock, but get my items delivered within just a few days. Also, they even have a program in my area where they can deliver as early as 6 o’clock in the morning because I had to go to work and wasn’t gonna be able to sit at home all day. While I am truly grateful for those accommodations the furniture was not worth my money I literally paid about 2500 for a living room set an a bedroom set that was not worth even half of that. The bedroom set is nice, but ultimately it is pressed wood. If I had have looked a little better at it in the store I would’ve known this but again I was pressed for time and that’s my mistake. The living room set looked flawless, but after only 30 days the fabric started to fray and the pillows have holes in them. Yes, I do have children, but in all my life growing up I’ve never created holes in my mothers couch. I mean 30 days? Now I see why they press you to purchase their insurance plan for “peace of mind”. What they really should say is their furniture is a “piece of crap” so if you want it to last longer than a month you’ll need it. I do not recommend the store. I would say if you can get approved for credit here then your credit is good enough to be approved at another furniture store. Take your time and don’t rush into it like I did.

We made a terrible mistake of ordering a large amount of our new furniture from Bob’s. We ordered two couches, a dining room set and bar stools. Over two months later and we still do not have all of our furniture. I understand covid is making this difficult on them so that is not my main issue. However we were supposed to have a delivery this past weekend. When they arrived here they were rushing and very unorganized. Our dining table ended up being broken and has to be completely replaced on a later date. With the order they forgot that they were supposed to deliver the bench that comes with the table. After having to remind them and show them proof of the order slip they found it and began assembling it. They obviously were rushing and they completely destroyed the bench. They drilled through the wood so two screws were sticking out of the other side and split the wood. There were screws missing from other areas thus making it wobbly and barely staying put together. After calling and emailing with 3 different people about the issue they told us to keep the bench and they would give us a 60 credit. The bench alone was over 150 and is a safely hazard for my crawling baby and my dogs. We are extremely disappointed in Bob’s and their customer service. We will actively be advising everyone we know to take their business elsewhere.

Vania as a saleswoman has held up the highest standards of integrity and honesty that is, in my opinion, a failing quality of the sales genre. I am more than satisfied with how she, patiently, helped me to come to a decision on the style, quality and type of furniture that fit inside my budget. She was upfront regarding when deliveries would occur and never pressured me to settle for something or a condition that would leave me in regret. Chris was a delight to work with. He explained everything we needed to know to make sure we purchased with Bob's. The company history, all warranty details...then helped us to pick out an amazing sectional and bed set. He was very patient and informative. The whole staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. What a wonderful experience making our first purchase at Bob's!

I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was very friendly and Matt immediately came to help me pick out a mattress and possibly a bookcase headboard as well. He spent a great deal of time explaining everything about each item plus financing and delivery information. He was very kind and courteous even when I told him I need to think it over. I got his card and number and left. A few days later I decided on just the mattress, adjustable bottom and covers and he completed the deal very efficiently. I would highly recommend Matt for all your needs at Bob's Furniture!

We've been to two other place, didn't have the nice quality furniture or customer service. Can't wait for our table to come.

We went shopping for a couch on a whim, Vania was at the door ready to assist us. She was absolutely pleasant. Listened intently to what we were looking for and showed us several sofas above, at, and below our price range. She was patient with us as we sat in every sofa (several times) and did not rush us into buying that day. Everything was THOROUGHLY explained, I definitely felt Vania truly cared for us. We went to several stores and none were as helpful or personable as Bob's.
