Just plain old-fashion rude. I called for a quote after driving by and seeing the location. I have a small crack in my windshield and it’s a non-urgent matter to get it replaced. But I figured I’d try to support a local business and see what it would cost. I called and asked for the price, he told me, I said “Ok. Thank you very much.” He asked “Is that it?” I said “Yeah that’s it for today.” He responded asking if I wanted a good job or a shi**y job, and that he is the only one around who also does priming when he does windshields but “you wouldn’t know about that.” So rather than be degraded further I hung up. He called later and left a very aggressive voicemail saying he got a better price and ended the vm with a sarcastic “have a nice day.” I didn’t even have a problem with the first price, and the second price is enticing, but I won’t do business with such a chromogen.
