Judy was great! Installation was without issue, the team that did our tile were fantastic! Communication from the manager left a lot to be desired, but the positive (thankfully) outweighed us having to call 4 times to get a time frame for installation...after paying in full and our tile being in for a week! We would use them again!

LOVE MY CARPET!! It looks and feels great! Judy (Wesley Chapel location) was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable! She answered all of our questions and made wonderful recommendations. She was also great about following up and providing updates on the status of our order. So happy that we went with what she suggested. Great experience overall! :)

I just had all the flooring in my house redone by Bob’s in Wesley Chapel. I had exceptional service with Sean. I love the way you deal with one person for everything. Sean helped with sales, measurements and scheduling of installation. He even called during installation to see how everything was going. They have there own installers which did an excellent job. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Bob’s and especially Sean.

We were looking for carpet to replace in our bedrooms . We went to Bobs and worked with Sean who was awesome in assisting us with selection. We were very pleased with the entire process. The installation team were great .They moved our furniture out of the rooms and installed the carpet cleaned up completely. I was really happy ,love the carpet and easier than I could hope.
