I highly recommend Boca Impact Window and Door! Excellent customer service from everyone and Matt was always available to answer all my questions. The crew was amazing and completely in sync. They were super friendly and respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. I couldn't be more happy with my windows and especially my new front door and the glass block they replaced in my dining room.

I HIGHLY recommend Boca Impact for impact glass. From the moment Heath entered our house to measure and talk to us about the process to the final inspection we were highly impressed. Matt came and measured a second time and reinforced what Heath told us. Both Heath and Matt told us that their team would do a careful installation and great clean up. I thought I was going to be left with a mess inside with broken window sills, damaged paint and drywall and lots of stucco to repair outside then repaint everything....I had heard from others this is what happens. I was absolutely WRONG thank goodness!!! They are FANTASTIC...they brought in a team of 8-10 installers and got the job done in less than a full day. They treated our house as if it was their personal home and were very careful, tidy and conscientious. They wore masks for the whole job even though it was incredibly hot that day. The only way you could tell that we had anything done was the fact that the windows and sliding glass door were MUCH higher quality than the builder's windows the house came with when it was built in 2012. The fact that Matt and his team come from a construction background is a GAME CHANGER....anything they may encounter with the install is something that they are familiar with due to their experience and can handle correctly at the time of the install. Our windows were truly custom made not \standard\ so they didn't have to force anything in to get it to fit. We are so happy that we went with Boca Impact...and we have recommended them to all of our friends and colleagues who are considering impact glass. Heath was exceptional at keeping us informed about when our windows would arrive, scheduling, etc. This is a truly professional group of people who really know their business. What an outstanding experience that exceeded our expectations in every single way! From our very first meetings with the remarkably helpful Heath and knowledgeable owner Matt who gave us a very fair price, we knew that our home was in good hands. On the day of installation, a huge crew of at least 10 of the friendliest, sweetest and most professional guys arrived 10 minutes early and immediately got to work. Their work ethic and skills were amazing, with someone continually focused on each window and door of our highly-complicated job for nearly two full days - our neighbors repeated commented on how friendly the guys were and how the impressive the installation was. These guys went above and beyond to make us happy - and did it all with a big smile! And they kept our house surprisingly spotless, completely protecting the floor and furniture every morning, and cleaning up each afternoon. We highly recommend them to everyone who wants an experience that offers the satisfaction and same peace of mind that impact windows and doors provide. This is a company that I would blindly recommend to get my doors and windows done. Boca Impact came in with a whole crew who were not just courteous but totally professional. They met every need and expectation we had and then some. They cleaned up their work space and left the area as if they were never there.
