William from Kin-Care has been an extremely helpful and kind person. He has gone out of his way to be as helpful as possible to both me and my husband. I needed a hospital bed for my dad . I reached out to this place and I was helped to get the bed delivered to my home . All the paperwork for medicare was taken care by the employees . They are very knowledgeable and guide step by step through the process. If I will need any medical supplies in the future then I will definitely go to this store.

I called Kin Care looking for a lift chair for use for post op recovery for extensive shoulder repair surgery. They would have been willing to deliver the chair the same day. I asked for next day delivery which was accommodated even though the delivery person was supposed to be off that day. When it was time to deliver the chair, there was a torrential downpour lasting more than an hour. The delivery person sat on the driveway until the rain let up enough to transport the chair into the house. This is the type of customer service worthy of 5 Stars! Thank you Kin Care! You were lifesavers!
