The staff is not helpful. They are expensive and promise more results than they deliver. This is not a lender serious investors want to patronize. Shop around you can get better loans and service elsewhere.

LendingOne is Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with obtaining a Mortgage. Minimal documentations, fast turn around time, competent staff! Adam Freeman was my loan officer. Adam was very experienced and very straightforward. Everything he said that was going to happens did. They never changed the terms of the loan or did anything sneaky. The appraisals came back at the correct value. Amazing! The project Coordinator Anthony Hidalgo was awesome. I had to close on a certain date that seemed extremely hard to do, but he pushed and got it done. The whole experience felt to good to be true. I will close every loan I can with LendingOne no doubt!

Horrible experience. They don't know how to do Fix and flip loans correctly. I have done 50 flips in the past. Some cash, some with hard money but this is the worst originator I have dealt with. I gave them 3 loans on my first deals with them. ( 3 houses). Each month they would give me a new loan servicer. Each loan had a different loan servicer and the servicers would play musical chairs. House 1 would pay to loan servicer x, while house 2 would pay loan servicer y, house three would pay loan servicer Z. Second month I sent payment on time to each loan servicer, bad mistake. House 1 now was serviced by servicer z, house 2 by servicer x, and so on. And guess what, 1 charged me a late fee for under payment. One was over paid alot and one was over paid by a little. They applied the overpayment to next month interest payment instead of refunding it. These guys don't care about your inconvenience. They want to make money. I get that, but use common sense. Shouldn't one person have to deal with one servicer instead of 3? All of their loan servicers suck too. No one seems to pay attention to fair lending acts. When a loan is transferred from one servicer to another, you cannot charge late fee for first 90 days. Mine was just under paid, and rest was paid within 5 days they still charged me a late fee. horrible experience.

I had an excellent experience refinancing a loan with Lending One and their team. My loan officer was Adam freedman and he was great to work with. The process was fast and simple. The paperwork they required was minimal. I will definitely use them time and time again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking financing.
