Don't waste your time. Sent in a broken ring that was insured for 8500.00 along with several other gold rings containing diamonds, loose diamonds, and small pieces of gold only to be offered less than 300.00 for all of it. Later after declining their offer, I was offered less than 700.00. The email sent on the 27th from them confirmed this and stated I would receive my tracking number for the return of my items within 24 hours. It's now the 29th and I have yet to receive my tracking number. I'm not feeling good about this.
