Herby was very thorough in his inspection, taking as much time as necessary to inspect every cupboard, drawer, fuse, outlet, beam, post, plank, and appliance. His use of thermal imaging and water detection equipment helped to dispel our concerns about potential problem areas. The only minor hiccup was my insurance broker not liking the standard layout of the report. When I mentioned this to Herby, he immediately tailored the layout of the report to my broker’s liking, and had It back to me within the hour.
