Ken was amazing!! My current mold situation would not warrant his services but he went above and beyond! Ken took the time to read over my policy and to educate me on what steps to take with my insurance company. It's nice to know that there are people out there that will help you even if you're unable to do business with them.

We had a major water leak in our house in the middle of the night. Our restoration company came and around 3 am the owner of the company gave us The Adjusters Group information. He said we should call Ken right then but we were hesitant since it was so late. He called Ken and within an hour Ken was at our house calming us down and we knew when he left we made a great decision to have Ken help us get through this!! Ken was so organized with keeping track of everything, helping us get living set up since we couldn’t live in our house, and at the end helped get the most for our claim!!
