Hey, wow, I'm the first to review this place! It's a pretty cool place. Lots of good jerseys and t-shirts. I've bought something 2 out of 3 times I've been there. 2 out of 3 times there is a game on TV, too. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful.
The best soccer store in Boca Raton! Very tidy, helpful staff, and a variety of selections that you can't find anywhere else. The best part is if they don't have something, they can get it for you within 2 days (which is a major key). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of cleats online from this company they were apparently out of stock in this item so they then offered to give me another shoe (that costs more) all I had to do was pay the difference which is not what I wanted to do. They then were very rude and unfriendly while trying to resolve this issue. I strongly recommend to not shop with this company. They made it seem like they didn't want my business and they were not willing to help when they had made the mistake. The person helping me made it seem as if it was my fault for ordering a shoe they no longer had.
I was at first excited to find out there was another soccer store in Boca.. But their service is terrible. The young gentleman who assisted me on that rainy Sunday afternoon 12/11/2016 , was not nice at all. He was not helpful . He was not even busy, we were the only customers there It seens that he was tired and didn't want to sell at all. Even the walking was slow , the pacing wss slow. It was obvious that he was sleeping maybe for partying the night before. I asked my son to choose the cleats . But my son was like mom lets go , he is not good .I'm scared to ask to bring another pair. So we left and end it up going to the soccer store in Boca Rio and got my son 2 pairs of cleats 300.00 each.. I give 1 star , because your store is clean and have good stuff. I work with customer service , and I love to treat my clients right..and I love to be treated right when I go anywhere. When someone gives me a good service, I recognized their service and recommend it.
