I've been getting regular massages for most of my adult life, and Anahata is honestly the most talented massage therapist I've ever worked with. Having quickly eliminated a lot of my long-term back pain, she's helping me tackle the root issues like (mwap mwap) bad posture habits and strengthening key muscles. She's also very well connected to other services and practitioners in the Puget Sound area and so has referred me to other great services as well.
