Tameka is the absolute best in the business!I have been seen by Chiropractors and Acupuncturists and she exceeds them all. I suffer from sciatic pain and with just one massage I felt immediate relief! After the first massage all throughout that week I felt so good. I couldn't believe it; Especially with a history chiropractic treatments that offered little relief. Now I exercise and everything! I feel like a new woman. Now I am a regular at Body Maintenance. Again Tameka's techniques are amazing! She definitely has healing hands! I highly recommend her!

The best massage I have ever had hands down! She massages muscles I didn’t even know I had. I also couldn’t physically drive after. I had to pull over for 20 minutes. Perfect combination of relaxation and deep pressure!
