Called initially with general questions on first time rental. Went in to talk to these folks, spoke with Don about a rental. Friendly and easy to work with, reviewed initial conversation notes. Made suggestion and explained reasoning. Discussed alternatives to needs we may/may not have. Made my experience easy.

We have a family of five (three boys ages, 12, 5, and 2!) and we took our first ever RV Road / Vacation (from 3 Aug to 17 Aug). All total 1900 miles, 6 RV parks, and 4 states! The staff at American Dream were just awesome! Prior to our trip (which began on the 3rd of August) they allowed me and my oldest son to come by the dealership on two separate occasions to \get familiar\ with all the controls and \things to know\ as this was my first time driving a Class C 31 foot RV! Very patient and Very accommodating! We had some minor issues on the trip (some of which was due to being a novice/rookie at best with respect to Rving!) but the staff at American Dream were able to assist with each \minor\ issue. Overall this was one of our BEST Vacations and my kids had a great time! We will certainly do this again!

My family of 7 rented our first RV and couldn’t have been treated any better. The service we received from Trenton was 10 star. I called numerous times during our trip because as a rookie I forgot certain things. Every single time I I called they made me feel so comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone. I will never do another vacation without an RV from American Dream Vacations.

We live close to the Boerne location, so easy to rent from them for our first RV experience! We toured the trailer we rented it had bunk beds, bedroom, could sleep 8. Went day before to find out bedsizes so I could have sheets ready and thought I lost my mind. The trailer they assured me I rented had no bunk beds and slept 5, after going round and round they said the one we rented had mechanical problems,but no one called us to let us know, if my older son and friends would have came with us we would not have had enough beds. Shower leaked and was supposed to be brand new unit. Was so excited about RVing now never want to do it again!!
