Went in today to get me a straw hat. Austin, & Daniel were awesome since I walked in the doors. Daniel shaped my hat just how I wanted. He took his time doing it as will. Felt awesome with all the employees asking if I was fine, & if i needed any help with other things. Will definitely go back again real soon. Spreading the word to my family, & friends. Love my American hat straw hat. Thank y'all very much

They are super helpful! I was approached almost immediately, just to be negotiated is I needed any assistance they could help. Looking for new boots, I was led to exactly what I was looking for, and an alternative as well. Though my size want in the store, I was informed or was also at the other store, and they would have it sent over for my approval. I opted to go to the other store myself, and had the same excellent service there as well...a good consistent corporate culture and message that I mattered to them. Yup, I'll go back!
