Catrina, owner of Catrina’s, made our house a home! Catrina spent many hours getting to know us and our home. She invested time in understanding our taste and presented us with an elaborate book of suggestions on what she would do to transform our home in keeping with our vision and desires. Her suggestions were spot on! We ultimately purchased many of her recommendations and we are so glad we did! We chose pieces for our living room, dining room and bedroom. Each piece was carefully crafted and made to order. They are magnificent and will last a lifetime. We received much of our order prior to CoVid; however, other pieces were delayed as the supply chain was affected by the COVID fallout. Yes, we were concerned about our prepaid order, but with a little patience from us, Catrina made it right and it was worth the wait! It’s also important to note that I always appreciated Catrina’s personal touch and responsiveness. Catrina’s staff and delivery team were also excellent. The store staff were always friendly, kind and helpful and the delivery team was careful and conscientious. If you want great customer service, excellent interior design ideas and high quality items then we highly recommend Catrina’s.

I recently purchased a custom made antler chandelier from Catrina's. Production time was quicker than I thought it would take.The chandelier was awesome.Catrina made sure I was happy with the chandelier before I took it home.Catrina and staff were very helpful. Installation crew were awesome. I will definitely be returning to Catrina's in the future.

While they were initially helpful, I was disappointed with the final product. I stopped by and was greeted warmly, and was told that the custom piece I was looking for would be no problem; \we have lots of experience with that.\ The product took weeks longer than initially estimated, was not really the color I was looking for, and was not the correct size (so much for them having lots of experience with that item). Also, they just dropped the piece off and didn't have someone help install it, although they had initially told me they would. To top it all off, no one followed up to see if I was happy with what I custom ordered from them. I learned my lesson on needing to be firm to get what I am paying for, and personally won't use them again or recommend them to anyone.
