Our experience was easy, thorough and professional with Ray and Tracy in service, Chris in sales. All aspects of searching for a new RV and trading our old RV was stress free! Everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful during the whole process. Right down to the over 2 hour walk through to familiarize us with our new RV. We will recommend them all day long!

I want to Thank Kris Camacho and his team in the Service Department! Kris and his team went above and beyond for us. We are fulltime RV living and had the unfortunate luck of a dead tree falling on our 2015 Grand Design Reflection. Kris and his team came to our site to review the damages and got us in for repairs right away. Kris was extremely communicative with us and gave us updates regularly. Knowing we were fulltimers and having to live in a hotel, as well as having a hip surgery through all this Kris and his team really came through for us. Kris and his team even came in over the weekend to assure our home would be completed fast! They did a great job! We are so happy to have a roof over our heads and again cannot thank Kris and his team enough! If you need service repairs, make sure you ask for Kris and his team! Thank you all!

We arrived into this area of Texas on February 1st with our Grand Design Solitude 373FB Fifth wheel and during set up we experienced a problem with our auto- leveling system and hydraulics. We were unable to level the RV or extend the large slides for the kitchen and living area. We contacted a mobile tech and he replaced our solenoid but we still had unresolved issues. Our extended warranty company wanted us to take it to a dealer. We were surprised when ExploreUSA RV Supercenter got us right in on a one day diagnostic very quickly. We are fulltime in our RV and we really appreciated Juan our service Manager working with us so well. They were able to quickly assess the situation and discovered several problems that were easily fixed and one problem that required a new part. They ordered the part from Grand Design. Then Snowmageddon hit Texas and everything was shut down for a week. We were concerned about the part getting here and about being able to get back into this Dealership to get it installed. The part was delayed but it arrived and Juan called us to set up an appointment to install it. He worked closely with the tech and made sure we could get in and out in one day again. We can't say enough good things about this Dealership's Service Department. They are organized, professional and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care so we could leave San Antonio on March 1st, as planned! Thank you, Juan and team for all you did! We are happy customers!

Our salesperson Darrell Hastings was top notch! Mark in service knows every inch of every RV they sell. Made our PDI perfect! Thank you to the entire team for treating us right and putting in the extra effort. We drove all the way from NJ to Boerne, TX to buy our new trailer.
