I feel like a princess everytime I arrive. Nuni and Jonathon are service superstars! And I don't know the rest of the staff, but I do know I feel special when I arrive. I am totally a car girl, but I think even if I wasn't they would still treat all of my concerns with the utmost respect. I drive an hour each way for their service.

I purchased a used Hummer from Jaguar Boerne after several months of looking across the country as a sight-unseen internet purchase in Michigan. My experience with Jaguar Boerne was exceptional...the vehicle arrived even better than described and the staff I worked with were excellent throughout the whole process. I want to give a big shout-out in particular to Dale Haines, the GM at Jaguar Boerne. Since my purchase was on top of the infamous ‘Texas Freeze’ he personally engaged to make sure that the vehicle was prepped, shipped and delivered with all the paperwork, even when the dealership was CLOSED due to the unprecedented natural disaster. This speaks volumes about Jaguar Boerne’s staff, culture and commitment to customer service. Bad service. Had an appointment, but employees were bothered because my car was still being worked on at closing. Wouldn’t take time to talk to me because they kept saying they needed to hurry. Tell me that they don’t explain everything to everyone because that takes too long. Customer service lacked in every way. Car was under warranty, and then magically sorry, you owe 200 for oil change.

Very disappointed in this dealership over the last year. They started out well when we purchased or F-pace but have definitely lost something in their service department. Hard to reach them, never receive a call back and they make it feel like service to your jaguar is a intrusion. Plan on trading in this year and will probably drive to Austin to do it.
