We had such a great experience. From the beginning, Gary Gonzales, the owner, was very easy to work with. He came out to the house and took us through the entire process, answering all of our questions along the way. His bid process was informative and taught us more about meeting our solar needs both now and in the future, when certain aspects of the technology become more mainstream (like battery storage for instance). Their bid was a great value compared to other quotes we had obtained. In addition, other team members, like Cesar, were prompt, courteous, competent, and professional. All team members were great to work with and we were very pleased with the whole experience. It was nice to have so many of our questions answered along the way and feel further educated about the system and the solar power generation. These guys know their stuff and are great to work with - I highly recommend Renergy.

Renergy was great to work worth. They were not pushy or rushed me to make a choice of how many panels I wanted. Also, the best part about using them, they helped my removed my old panels on my old house, patched the roof, and reinstalled them on my new house. I also found out it was cheaper to add more panels to my new house along with my older panels. I went from 20 to 39 panels. They were helpful in the design processes as well. They wanted to install the they wall equipment in a location we didn’t want and they helped with finding a solution we needed. I would suggest them to anyone to use.
We knew little about solar energy but we did know we wanted a savings on our growing electric bill. We met Gary Gonzales and invited him over. He offered a verbal tutorial on solar energy and answered every naïve question we had. After, we felt a bit more knowledgeable on the subject. We typically do not make long term investment decisions until we have met with a couple of persons/companies. But, as we continued meeting with Gary and communicating via text and/or email we began feeling quite comfortable. He was very responsive and it was quite obvious to us that he extremely knowledgeable. He was never pushy and in fact encouraged us to take our time so we would be comfortable with our decision. These attributes sold us and we commenced with the process of installation. We were kept abreast of every exciting step. The crew worked diligently and professionally. Gary would come out and meet with his crew and it was during this time we would make small talk. Gary is a most pleasant person and is very "down to earth". His full attention to our job made us feel as we were his most valued customer. When CPS awarded us approval he celebrated with us. We have no regrets on our decision with Renergy Solar and Water Systems. We thank Gary for his genuine patience that he displayed with us. We look forward to future savings on our electric bill and definitely sharing more conversation and even a meal or two with Gary.
After receiving quotes from 5 solar companies, I was referred by a friend to Gary with Renergy. Gary was quick to respond to all my questions and was very informative about everything solar without being pushy at all. His priority throughout the entire process was education rather than pushing for a sale. Once I decided to proceed with Renergy, Gary immediately submitted the plans to CPS. As soon as they were approved, Gary got me on the schedule quickly and the panel installation was completed all in one day. The electrician finished his portion on another day. His whole crew was professional and efficient. The longest part of the whole process was waiting for CPS to inspect and approve the system. Gary kept me informed the entire time and responded to questions quickly. I noticed drastic savings on the electric portion of my CPS bill with my very next billing cycle after activation. Gary was outstanding in service, competence, and communication. The work was performed by folks who were all skilled, polite, and conscientious. Everyone who came on property was exceptionally aware of safety issues regarding both electrical and COVID-19 issues. Gary kept me apprised at all stages of the project and rapidly responded to questions that I posed. The installation offered some challenges, and they were overcome with skill and ingenuity. I recommend Renergy Solar unhesitatingly and enthusiastically as a solar provider.

During the initial meeting with Gary he provided all the information we required, he then provided a detailed and honest cost analysis and followed up in a timely and professional manner. Even though we decided not to pursue the solar option at this time I would not hesitate to use Gary in the future.
Gary gas been so helpful with the solar panels a prior homeowner installed and left no information about ! He even managed not to laugh at me when I displayed complete ignorance about the system, and he helped me get the original plans from Cps when my own call to cps produced nothing. If I need anything else with these panels I’ll certainly call him and if I have any friends who are interested in installing a system I will definitely refer them to Renergy!
