The building is brand new, the staff are friendly and the inside is super clean. They have an electronic kiosk for checking in and getting your line number. There are two main windows in lobby for most of the business and then they have additional windows a short walk from the lobby for more detailed assistance. There are two water fountains and bathrooms for men and women. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Parking is limited in front of the building, but there are additional parking spots on the side facing the church. Smoking area is protected bear the front doors.

Very rude & unhelpful‼️ Don’t do they job. Especially the Supervisor ! Worst experience ever! Had to go all the way to Gulfport to actually get help.

There should be a sign saying no children allowed. My 2 year old was not being that loud and I got kicked out after waiting 20 mins or more because I couldnt keep her quiet. I think by quiet they mean not make any sound at all even breathing. We will never go here again. The man in the front is so rude. People have kids and it was difficult to even get the time to go to the office. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Dont go here if you have kids or babies, they will only kick you out, go to another town.
