I received a very strong education from AAPTE. I came in with very limited knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and they are really engaged in the class even though it was on zoom. I passed my test easily due the very solid education I received. I strongly recommend them for a Nationally recognized PT certificate.
Amazing people and amazing classes. You learn so much from trainers who care about health and safety over everything. Vincent, MIke M and Theresa are all passionate and amazing instructors. I have had my certifcation for over 10 years with the AAPTE. Everyone should certify with them!!

AAPTE helped me reach the level of success I have in my business/industry. If you’re looking to understand your clients or want to build a strong clientele, this is the place to go to. You’ll understand how an exercise works for the body and why certain exercises wouldn’t be beneficial for certain clients. Your knowledge for exercise and understanding will he clearer. Movement, program design and the scope of exercise as a whole will begin to make sense. You will gain confidence in your answers to “Why” and “How” an exercise works than the black and white answer of “yes”, “no”, or “I heard” this is the best. I trekked from NYC to LI 2-3 days a week because the quality of instruction was so worth it. You can learn a lot from online instruction but with AAPTE I was able to ask questions and see the application of everything I was learning. This was several years ago and it has been worth every minute, mile and penny.
My experience with the AAPTE has been phenomenal! The instructors have the knowledge and experience to not only answer questions and teach courses but always encourage you to keep an open mind and discussion about exercise and health. Along with the continuing education courses offered you are only limited by how far you are willing to go!
