A huge shout out to Steven Galarza of Generation Kia! I went to look at a new car today and his no pressure and thorough approach made my shopping experience truly pleasant! I’m so used to walking into car dealerships and the shadiness starts along with high pressure sales pitches. Today was the first time I’ve ever met Steven and by sheer luck he became my salesman and I’m very happy about that. The first thing I noticed was he listened to what I had mentioned about my current car that I was not happy with, then he took the time to actually invest energy into listening to what I was looking for. He brought the car I was interested in up to the front of the dealership for me to take a look at, he explained the panel and all electronic features of the car before I drove away for my test drive. He was completely thorough and explaining everything about the car which is some thing I like when I’m shopping for a car, I like my sales person to be knowledgeable if they’re not I will walk away. He listen to all my concerns about financing etc. and got me into a car that was affordable without making me feel uncomfortable about having a spending cap..He stayed with me through the whole buying process up until pick up my car... he even stayed late so I could get my car the same day! The dealership is lucky to have him. Regarding the Generation Kia dealership... I found the car I was interested in on their website and from my first phone call there speaking to Nicole, through my entire process of purchasing my car I was pleasantly surprised. I cannot comment on the service department or any of those type of details because I have not use them yet obviously. But I can tell you the buying process was great.
