Charlie was fantastic! We needed to start the boiler again and he walked my 26 year old son through it by facetime! He was amazing and would not let us send him anything for compensation by check. He was a true hero on a cold Saturday night on the 6th of February. My son who is in IT offered some help in kind ( he is smart with computers - going for his masters) but Charlie declined. Charlie if you read this, my son would absolutely help you if needed and feel free to call at any time. Your kindness will be returned to you one day! Thank you.
