Chris Reeve Knives definitely go above and beyond when it comes to their clients. I recently shipped a knife for a spa treatment about a month ago, and there was a small confusion/mix up with my knife. Mrs. Reeve was extremely understanding and apologetic about the situation, and she went above and beyond on fixing the issue.
