John and Greg were professional and patient as they explained answers to all of my many questions. Replacing a hot water heater is never fun (or cheap) but really is a “you get what you pay for” experience. I am sure there are cheaper options but I would not feel nearly as confident in the work done and quality shown. Full confidence in their work and abilities. Would have given 6 stars if I could.

Repair of water line between my house and street. Estimate and final charge were clearly explained. Work was started within 2 business days and completed in 2 and 1/2 days. Passed inspections. We will ask them again, if we need water or plumbing repairs. Thank you John and your team.

My family has used Drake Mechanical since I was a child (I'm in my 70s). The technician was very informative and answered my questions thoroughly. He also was there to check 2 broken toilets. He told me what to do to get the one toilet running by fixing ourselves. Told us what we needed and we'd be saving hundreds of dollars. The other toilet is more technical and will have to wait, but now have working toilet and hot water! So happy.

Our Plumber was John (from England) was amazing. On time, clean and professional. He explained everything very well, spent enough time to ensure we were educated on our choices so we could make the correct decision for our home. He was even able to complete the work promptly and went the extra mile to build a reenforced area under our water heater prior to instal. It was a bonus that he was clean and very funny! Highly recommend that his boss give him a raise!

I am the Maintenance Director at an Assisted Living facility in Boise and we use Drake for all our plumbing, gas or HVAC issues we don't fix in house. Had an issue with an improper gas line on our commercial dryer and had Thomas come out to take a look. He had the problem understood and planned immediately and was back with parts fast. Got the lines upgraded and extended quickly and even added some better support for the line. His work was efficient and professional and I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing or gas issues. As well as Drake for anything plumbing, gas or HVAC
