Fisher's was VERY quick to respond to my inquiry and even went what I consider the extra mile. While they usually only service businesses I explained my issue and they decided to come out to my home!! The technician Jamie was VERY kind, professional and knowledgeable about what I was telling her regarding my multi-function printer. She fixed the problem, left me with some good info and even helped me with some of the issues that I had just been dealing with to make my printer seem like it was brand-new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a quality and professional team for your printer needs

Recently my team was able to work with Fisher's Tech on a professional level filming an event. Inside and out, they treat their clients and associates like friends, and make IT and printing feel fresh, and frankly way more exciting than I could have imagined. Getting to peak behind the scenes and interact with their wonderful staff, we really learned to appreciate all they do at a whole new level. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Scott was friendly and very efficient. He tried multiple ways to get the envelope feeder to print the envelope correctly and found it to be our stack of envelopes, as the feeder worked correctly before the new envelopes.
Love Jamie! She is our regular technician and it's nice to get the same person. Always shows up quickly and is cheerful and efficient. Appreciate that she will also show us how to triage things or ways to prevent issues.
