This was a great experience and one that we checked off our list. Made a reservation and was seated in a quaint "Bell Tower" booth. The drinks and spirits were great. The Quattro cheese was delicious for dipping the selection of bread brought to us. Lexi was a great waitress and made some great suggestions. We left full and satisfied. Give yourself a couple of hours for a great experience. /5 *****/5

Our experience was so incredible. I called a few days ahead to reserve a table for my wife's birthday. They have adorable options for table decorations for the birthday guest, I went with the Teddy bear and balloon. They even let me come in a few hours early to add more of my own gifts to the table. We went all out and selected to 4-course meal "Bigger dinner for 2." As inclusive as it is, it was an absolute steal for the price. This included an appetizer cheese fondue, two small salads, chicken, sirloin, filet, shrimp, salmon, and the best of all, Lobster tail! Everything was finished off with a chocolate fondue. For drinks we enjoyed a pitcher of their Sunshine Sangria. It is very summery and kind of reminds you of a beach vacation. I think their red sangria would have been another excellent choice, for our next visit. It was so fun cooking our selections as we progressed through the night. We had a lovely and attentive server Regan, who made our experience that much better. Thank you Melting Pot! Can't wait to be back!
I came here for Valentine's day, and it was such an incredible experience. A private booth, delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I had such a pleasant time. I'll absolutely be returning for other splurge dates. On the pricey side, but well worth it for a treat!
This place has an amazing atmosphere. My wife and I have done here a couple of times when we just need a getaway night. They have a server here his name is Hunter I highly recommend asking for him, I mean I have never had bad service here at all, but he goes above and beyond. The food can seen a little pricey but it is absolutely worth it for the amount of food you get and the type of food it is. They are making some changes to the establishment and the menu and I am very excited to see what they come up with.
Food was good although when paying 20 for some chocolate and cheap desserts I would expect better service and to not be rushed. Our server who had long red hair and wore glasses, was obviously rushing us even though we only stayed for less than hour. She asked us if we were “finally ready to pay” in a rude tone after we had more to order the first time she brought the check. I thought it was pretty customary to ask if customers needed anything else before bringing the check in the middle of them eating.
We decided on eating here today and we definitely didn’t regret it! It was a great experience. Our waitress was so helpful and sweet to us. She made ordering so much easier. The prices weren’t bad at all and they also offer military discount! We will be back!
Exceeded our expectations. The melting pot has been on our list and we finally went for it. We expected it to be ‘delicious but a bit expensive and might not fill you up’.... we found it to be VERY filling (and we are big eaters) as well as a great value. We ordered the bigger dinner for two simply because we wanted to try everything and it was SO much food, such a great deal. The service was great, we didn’t feel rushed even though it was Saturday night and our dinner took 2 hours. The only thing I didn’t love was the cheese fondue, the Alpine something. It was a bit bitter but we still mostly enjoyed it and would just try a different cheese next time. If your looking for a fun night out go to the melting pot.
We went tonight for my husband's birthday and we were treated very well by the staff. The potato bacon fondue was absolutely incredible and our favorite part of the meal and of course we loved the chocolate! I really wanted to give 5 stars but sticking with 4 because our server never refilled our waters and I had nothing to drink for the last 2 courses and my husband's cheesecake was frozen solid and very hard to eat. Overall good experience and we will be back for that cheese!
