Horrible customer service. Been trying to get ahold of someone, anyone for months now to get help with my club's website. I've left several voicemails and sent emails. No one has EVER called or emailed me back. I wouldn't bother with this company, except they own the club's website, so I can't even port over the website to another domain registrar.

Savvy and expeditious. My neice had an unusual request (Linux system) & the owner was honest and what he didnt know, he got someone on staff who did!! much better than other companies who pretend to know then charge while they figure it out!
My brand new laptop crashed when I tried to install a bad driver. Haynes asked me to bring it in and was able to get it restored. He is personable and answered all my questions easily, even taking time to look up other products. The showroom is classy, clean, and friendly as well. My bill was less than expected....all in all a GREAT experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will take my business there again. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!
Haynes came very highly recommended to me, however I did learn Haynes was not the one that worked on my computer. The problem that I initially had was corrected but there were programs added to my computer I did not ask for Adobe and Java, and I had a problem with my computer locking up on me after I got it back. Haynes was very nice when I told him about this issue and said we could do a remote session and get it corrected. After trying for two weeks to get this done, I am left feeling very frustrated because I cannot get a call back or an email scheduling the session. I would have given this business a 5 but with my messages being ignored and no reply from email either, the best I can do is a 3.
