Anthony, Craig, and Sean were amazing in getting me through the sale and accessory process. Joe from the Service Center was very helpful in scheduling, providing a Courtesy car, and making sure all my questions were answered. Peterson Lexus gets a 5 Star rating from me.

Thanks again to Peterson Lexus. This is my 2008 GX470 with about 120k miles. They have taken care of my car for the past 8 years and always give me great service. When it comes to checking in on services I need and if I could use a loaner car, the staff are accommodating to my requests. As a dad of two young kids, they are helpful with assisting me with car seats and giving the kids snacks and waters for the road. Yes, they are a large dealership! However, they treat me like I’m one of their few customers. Joe actually knew my background and we chatted about work and life. He remembered our previous conversations and advised me about future services for my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty regarding services needed and not needed. I made the mistake on taking my Toyota Highlander to the other dealership and got an unexpected 550 bill for a leaking oil pan.
